These terms apply when you use this website. They are not your TeamPay service agreement.
What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of the website at team-pay.co.uk — reading it, submitting the enquiry form, and chatting with Nora.
They are not the contract for the TeamPay payroll service itself. If you become a customer, that relationship is governed by a separate written agreement covering the service, data processing, service levels and fees. Where that agreement and these terms differ, that agreement wins.

Using this site
You may read the site and get in touch. You must not:
- use automated means to scrape, crawl or bulk-download the site beyond ordinary search-engine indexing;
- send high volumes of requests to the site or to Nora, or otherwise try to degrade the service or run up cost against us. We apply rate limits and may block access;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, the TeamPay application, or our infrastructure;
- use Nora to try to extract our system instructions, generate content unrelated to TeamPay, or produce unlawful or abusive content;
- submit anything unlawful, defamatory, or infringing.
About Nora
Nora is an AI assistant. She is genuinely useful for finding your way around what TeamPay does, but you should treat her answers as helpful information, not as a professional opinion or a commitment from us.
- She can be wrong. AI assistants can produce confident but inaccurate answers. Anything that matters commercially should be confirmed with a person before you rely on it.
- She is not giving you advice. Nothing Nora says is tax, legal, accounting, payroll-compliance or financial advice for your specific circumstances.
- She cannot bind us. Nothing Nora says forms a contract, a quotation, or a commitment about price, functionality or timescales.
- She has no access to any payroll account.She cannot see your data and never needs your personal details. Please don't give them to her — see our Privacy Policy.
No professional advice
The content on this site is general information about our software and services. It is not tax, legal, accounting or employment advice, and it does not take account of your circumstances. Payroll compliance obligations depend on facts specific to your business — take proper advice, and speak to us or your accountant before making decisions.
Prices shown on this site
Any prices on this site are indicative, are intended to help you judge whether TeamPay is a fit, and do not constitute an offer capable of acceptance. Applicable taxes, the final scope, and the commercial terms are set out in a written agreement before you become a customer. We may change indicative pricing at any time.
Intellectual property
The site, its content, the TeamPay name and logo, and the software behind them belong to us or our licensors. You may read and share links to the site, and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not reproduce substantial parts of it, or use our branding, without our written permission.
Third parties
We name third-party products (for example rota and accounting systems) to describe what TeamPay integrates with. Those names belong to their owners, and mentioning them is not a claim of endorsement or partnership beyond the integration described. We are not responsible for third-party websites we link to.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including Nora, without notice. Service commitments for the TeamPay application live in your service agreement, not here.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows: we provide this website and Nora “as is”; we are not liable for business losses, including lost profit, lost business, loss of anticipated savings, or losses arising from your reliance on information on the site or from Nora; and our total liability arising out of your use of this website is limited to £100.
This limit applies to the website only. Liability under a TeamPay service agreement is dealt with in that agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies, so please check the date at the top.
